What we collect

When you use Get a quote, we collect the picks from the quote game: why you want a fence, the type, the style, the gates, and the size. We also collect your name, phone, email, city, and any notes you type.

You can add a photo or a voice note. Messages you send to Alex, the chat on this site, are saved with that request.

The form does not ask for a street address.

Why

We use what you send to quote the fence, schedule a visit, and follow up with you.

Texts and calls

We may text or call you from (916) 663-8378 about your quote. To stop texts, reply STOP. To opt out by email, write to alexanderfencepros@gmail.com and say stop.

Payments

Card payments on this site are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Analytics and cookies

The site counts page views. That count does not use a cookie and does not include your name.

When the chat shows a price, the site stores a cookie that holds only a count of how many prices were shown. It is not your name. It expires in about six months.

If you sign in, a sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. The public quote form does not require a sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies.

We don't sell personal info

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it so other companies can advertise to you.

California privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask what we have, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Email alexanderfencepros@gmail.com.

We keep a quote and the messages with it while we are quoting, scheduling, and following up, and for our job records after that. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless a tax, license, or dispute rule says we have to keep a copy.
