Quotes and chat prices

A price in Get a quote, in a chat, or on a page is an estimate. It is not the final price.

Prices are site-unseen, valid after an on-site visit.

The final price is in a written contract after the visit. Work does not start until that contract is signed.

Instant Bid

Instant Bid is a paid estimate tool. You get a material list and a labor finder for the fence you describe. It is still an estimate, not a contract.

Refund policy: still open. Dillon decides this before go-live. Until then, do not treat an Instant Bid payment as refundable.

Photo use

Photos you send are for your quote. We will not put your photo on the public site, or in an ad, unless you tell us we can.

Photos we take of our own finished work are ours.

Acceptable use

Use the site to ask about a fence. Do not send threats, spam, or someone else's private information. Do not try to break, scrape, or overload the site.

Limitation of liability

The site helps you ask for a quote. A number you see before the visit can change. We are not responsible for a decision you make from that estimate alone.

After a written contract, that contract is what controls the job.

These terms follow California law. Disputes are handled in California.
